In addition, we do not recommend washing dresses and suits with a lot of rhinestones, beads, sequins.
After washing products with natural filler, it may not dry out in one drying cycle, this is due to the density of the filler. Each subsequent drying cycle is paid separately.

In the self-service laundry there are things that are owned by the laundry administration, such as washing machines and dryers, furniture, basins and small interior items, drying balls and so on. In case of theft or damage to property, the administration has the right (if evidence is provided) to collect compensation for damaged property, in case of theft to go to court, under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Theft of property». As part of self-service, the Client independently selects the necessary detergents, washing and drying modes and temperatures, as well as sorting, loading, unloading things, monitoring the processes of washing and drying cycles.

If the laundry products were brought by the customer with them, then they should be for automatic washing machines with reduced foaming, otherwise, increased foaming negatively affects the operation of the equipment, the quality of washing and rinsing things.

It is necessary to observe the norm of loading laundry: up to 8 kg of dry laundry in a machine with a load of 10 kg, up to 12 kg of dry laundry in a machine with a load of 15 kg. For high-quality washing, 25-30% of the tank space of the machine should remain free. Washing machines with a load of up to 10 kg are wrung out at 1150 rpm, with a load of up to 15 kg they are wrung out at 950 rpm. Adjustment of the spin mode is not provided in the machines.
Due to the inability to control the condition in which the item was brought to the laundry before washing, the Client is solely responsible for the damage caused to things and laundry equipment in the event of:

1. improper use of laundry equipment and violation of the instructions for working with the equipment;
2. exceeding the recommended norms of detergents during washing;
3. the use of detergents not recommended by the manufacturer of washing/drying equipment or the manufacturer of the item;
4. incorrect sorting of things that caused a change in the color of a thing or things;
5. non-compliance with the washing and drying recommendations specified in the tag / label for this item;
6. the absence of a tag / label with recommendations for washing and drying on this item.
7. violations of the loading standards of washing / drying machines, as a result of which the quality of washing / drying products deteriorates.

The laundry administration is not responsible for items left or forgotten by the Customer. Forgotten or abandoned items lie in the laundry for no more than 14 days, or at the discretion of the laundry administration. If the owner has not shown up, the laundry administration has the right to dispose of them. If something happens to them during this time, the laundry administration is not responsible for it.

Be sure to make sure that there are no extraneous items left by previous customers in the drums of washing machines and dryers.
By loading the laundry, paying for services and launching the machines, the client automatically agrees to these Rules for using the self-service laundry.

Based on the above, we inform you that the administration of the self-service laundry is not responsible for the quality and result of washing and drying the laundry, for possible deformation of the product or a change in its appearance, as well as for the result of washing things that are not intended for washing.
